choc smoothie bowl


2-3 TBSP of shelled hemp seeds
Large glass of good quality water
Pinch of pink Himalayan or Celtic sea salt
Pinch of vanilla powder
Pinch of cinnamon
1 frozen banana
1 TSP of cacao powder
1 heaped TBSP of almond butter
1 heaped TBSP of vanilla coyo (coconut milk yoghurt)
Handful of crushed nuts
Handful of whole almonds and walnuts



For the hemp milk, blend the hemp seeds, water, salt, vanilla powder and cinnamon in a Nutri bullet or blender of your choice.

Allow the banana to defrost for five minutes then add in the banana, cacao powder, almond butter and coyo then blend again until you have a rich and creamy texture.

Pour into a cup or bowl of your choice and sprinkle the nuts over the top to serve.
